My stay was good. Running from Hurricane Milton. Only concern. Apparently the hotel lets non-guests on guest floors. We had a pizza flyer come under our door.

Great pre cruise stay with free airport transportation and cruise transportation available. Rooms were clean and neighborhood seemed decent there is a grocery store and restaurant across the road.

The staff was very accommodating. We arrived around 10:30 am. We were told no rooms were available for early check in. At 10:43, we received a text saying our room was ready, so that was very fast and appreciated. The staff was knowledgeable about restaurants in the area, very fast with the towels we requested. The airport shuttle was very efficient and clean. Ran on time. The room was clean. I traveled with my two kids a day before my cruise and they offer a shuttle service for that as well. I recommend staying here. I’d stay again.

Good hotel near the airport and lots of reataurants and shops. Staff is very nice and helpful. I suggest to call to make sure shuttle picks you up. Breakfast is decent, but too much waste, all styrofoam and plastic.

Laura was friendly and knowledgeable and eager to get us in our room after a long day of travel. She offered water and coffee and told us about breakfast. I really appreciated that. The room is nice, comfy and cozy and perfect for our stay.

We stayed at this hotel prior to our cruise. The Miami Port shuttle ($) is a great amenity.
