My daughter had a 6am flight out of New Orleans airport, the location of the hotel was perfect. very polite and friendly staff even at midnight when checking in.

Property is beautiful and super clean, staff welcoming and friendly, rooms and beds are more than comfortable… every thing is perfect unless you want to SLEEP. There is a continuous beeping, heard even from the lobby, like from a low battery on a fire alarm, that kept us up all night. We were there for a delayed flight so were already exhausted! When I asked what the insufferable beeping was, management laughed, said it was behind something and no one was small enough to get back and change it, had been beeping forever. If you like or need QUIET to SLEEP, this isn’t your place.

Our soliders flight got rescheduled and the staff helped us secuing another night's stay. The pool was great & the shuttles made it easy to get back & forth

Good hotel close to the airport for business stays. Rooms are nicely appointed, and with a microwave and fridge, which is very convenient.

This was a one-night stay after coming back from a 5 day cruse with 10 family members. My mother and I chose this hotel as it was close to the airport. We wanted to wind down before flying back home. The room was great, personnel super helpful; breakfast was great also. There was an issue with printing our boarding passes, but staff kept at it and found a solution. Exceptional customer service!!!

I stayed at this hotel twice in one week. Once when I had an early flight out and once for a late flight in. Hotel staff was awesome! I had the breakfast once and it was decent. The room was clean and comfortable. I felt it was a safe area as well. I will be staying here again.

The hotel is very close to the airport. It is super clean and Tidy. Rooms are luxurious and the staff is really friendly. 10/10 recommended.
They provide free shuttle service to airport as well.
