Comfort Inn & Suites near Ontario Airport

I urge travelers not to stay here. The photos are deceiving. The paint is peeling off of the walls, there is black mold on the bathroom walls and floorboards. The lobby furniture has black dirt stains on the seat cushions. On our first night, someone punched and broke the piece of art on the wall by the elevator and the glass covered the floor. They did not clean it until the following morning. The police and fire dept were dispatched after a fight broke out, and the fire alarm had been blaring for over 30 minutes straight. I was traveling alone with my two daughters (one had an athletic tournament to attend) and was afraid for our safety during the entire trip, as well as disgusted with the state of the facilities. DO NOT STAY HERE.

By far probably the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed. From parking lot to the room

Area is nice, close to the airport. Room conditions were not great, especially bathroom and kitchen area. Faucet handler came off after opening it and had to close the water supply for it to stop running. Floors were dirty, my son had white socks on and I had to put them in the garbage after wearing it once we stay. Only stayed a couple hours before our flight, so it was okay for that.

Sebastian was incredible! He was very hospitable and helpful when I needed assistant with parking. Not only did he come through with that, he put me in a very clean quiet room away from the elevator just like I like it!

This is a nice hotel, rooms are nice and clean, we used the pool and I liked that is heated! Loved the pool area! Is very convenient and literally right there from the LAX airport! I recommend to pay valet parking like we did because they don’t have a parking space for guest, you have to go to one in the back but you have to pay every time you get in to park for example if you wanna go to the store and come back you have to pay again. Valet is more convenient! Definitely staying here next time!

Good location close to airport. Bed was great and slept well. Could use a renovation, especially the bathroom.

We had a wonderful experience. Lillie was working the night we checked in and she was amazing. We got in very late after a long day of Disney and we're exhausted. She was so friendly and thoughtful. She even saw me come around the corner after my door dash and knew I needed utensils. The room was very big and very clean also. We will definitely stay here every time we fly in

The only reason I booked the hotel was because it a good rating. The only reason I didn’t enjoy my stay was because the room above us someone was running, moving stuff and dropping stuff on the floor all night long and I could hear everything and didn’t sleep all night and in the early morning some guests where outside in the parking lot having a “good time”. The hotel in it’s self is good it’s just more of a party hotel for me, in my experience.

Large rooms that would be amazing with some updating. We were able to spread out and not be on top of each other. Room could use remodeling especially the couch in the livingroom, it was a disgrace! For the price it served it's purpose. Parking late night was not ideal. Not enough parking spaces for the amount of rooms and you are told to "just park in the yellow" right in fromt of the lobby doors. If we don't want to wake up early to move the vehicle then what happens? They would be knocking on our door so we waited around for 15 minutes as someone left and took that space. The area is nice and quiet. We would stay again for a short trip with the kids.

Overall, I think worth the price. I was not wowed by much, except for the staff. They showed they cared. Only one person was working the front desk the entire time we were there. They were friendly and attentive despite running around doing other various tasks. The bar was closed before its closing time. You get the feeling they have scaled back staff and have a small number of people on site taking care of a lot. Our room was clean. The beds were comfortable, and the bedding seemed new. The decor was very sterile and gave a hospital/prison vibe. Some of the outside areas had trash left by guests, but there was a beautifully maintained waterfall. The hot tub was clean, but there were no towels in the pool area. The link I used to book the room said there was an airport shuttle, but there was not. There is another Comfort Inn nearby that had one. I don't appreciate the misleading marketing.
