Great place to stay for business trips! Right next to the airport which is super convenient. The staff was friendly and the amenities are nice. Loved hanging out with Milton the cat he was pretty cool!

First of all online I chose this hotel because it said there was shuttle service to Ontario airport Which there was not. There were no vending machines whatsoever and limited access to snacks. Our room said it had a balcony and I guess in a sense it did but it LITERALLY walked out and when you’re on your balcony you’re also in the lobby of the hotel. I did not like that. Finally, there’s a diarrhea warning sign on the pool where the handicap pool access chair does not work.

The hotel itself was fine. Not the most updated but it served its purpose of a simple place to sleep. But the front desk service needs a bit of work. I checked in around 12:30am on 8/30 and instead of a simple check in progress I was rudely second guessed about everything that I answered his questions with. I had been up most of the day traveling. Discussing if my license plate has numbers or letters is not something I wanted to do when just trying to check in.
Beyond that the room was fine. Clean, simple, and was a nice place to just crash.

Clean & comfy room, plenty of pillows & AC worked great to cool but quiet to get to sleep. Perfect location with everything you could need nearby & lots of good parking.

We stayed for a night for a long road trip.
Highlights:
Great desk service, good parking, clean facilities. Friendly cat in the patio/pool area named Hilton.
Areas of Improvement:
Not all elevators functioning, building is dated/needs renovations

Building lobby is nice. Rooms are a bit old and tired with scuffs and stains even if they are clean. Staff was very proactive and friendly. This is a fine stay for the airport or a 1-2 day conference if you are fine with bare bones. There is nothing luxurious

Unfortunately I got there and there was no soap available in the room. Room was for two but only one facecloth; hair in bathroom sink, needed a maintenance person to get the TV to work; Had a great electric clock/radio but couldn't decipher how to set alarm as the directions didn't match the clock.
Staff was personable, they deliver soap and shampoo, never bothered to ask about the alarm clock. Bed was comfortable.
Right next to airport but didn't have shuttle service! Had to hire Lyft.

It was a pleasant stay. The hotel room was very clean and presentable when I entered in.
And the front desk personnel’s showed good customer service. And lots of parking space in the hotel compound.

Clean nice facility. There a homeless on nearby corner. But hotel has a patrol cart driving around parking lot.
