Our first time at this hotel. Nice comfortable room and bathroom. We were thankful about getting into our room a bit early as our flight arrived before 9am. Didn't like the TV options - we prefer hotels that have Youtube and Netflix to connect to. We wanted to use the pool but didn't have time because we were in town for a concert with friends. Breakfast didn't look very interesting so we skipped. Appreciated the airport shuttle I'd stay again but hope they upgrade their TV options.

Went for a concert, and arrived early and front desk was able to get us in a room earlier than check in time which was very nice. Shuttle to the airport to hotel and hotel to airport was very convenient and was very fast. Thank you for a great stay.

They did charge 10$ per night fornparking, we arrived around midnight and the clerk waved our parking fees. I had brought cash for our stay not knowing of the 100$ deposit. And they waved the deposit. The room was rokmy, the bed very comfortable. Wifi cable indoor pool. The free breakfast was good had alot of different options. I would definitely stay here again. Not to mention, 6 min to Levis Stadium/ great america. Nice place

I broke my arm and transferred the room to my son-in-law. I had booked 2 nights by mistake and requested a refund for 1 night but no-one was able to help me with that. You could give me a credit for the 1 night it would be highly appreciated. I did call Hotels.com and request a refund for 1 night and received an email stating the hotel manager never got back to Hotels.com regarding the refund. I am very disappointed.

Overall it was a good stay. I had rewards points so it didn't cost as much otherwise I might have gone elsewhere. Service was great. The elevator broke diwn and the other was out of service. The swimming pool was very cold. The room wasnclean, comfortable, and well stocked. Locatin is good. We needed to go to the airport early in the morning and we were only 5 minutes away. Didn't get a chance to experience the complementary breakfast butbthat was by choice. I would say 4 stars solid.

Good place to stay near the airport. Only one elevator working during my stay so the sometimes it was a bit of wait but good overall.
