easy parking, well maintained

Our bathroom was unclean- hair in shower, no soap, ants. The area around the hotel is unclean; people Getting high in the parking lot, some abandoned buildings and police patrolling. The pool was 70 degrees and unusable for the kids.

Nice spot. Good access to the airport and good facilities for family or business groups.

My daughter and I traveled from Indiana to New York to visit family. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The made to order breakfast is DELICIOUS!! The pool was fun!

Close to the airport, but nothing around but other hotels and one restaurant. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

This property looks amazing and beautiful. The whole hotel smelled great and our room was so warm and comfortable. It was a perfect stay to get some rest after a long flight. Would highly recommend

The lobby, the front desk staff and the breakfast made to order eggs were excellent. The pool was nice for the kids. We travelled a long distance in treacherous weather and got in a bit later, around 6:30pm. We were told at the desk that the bar and restaurant were open until 10:00 so we decided to let the kids burn off some energy in the pool until 7:30. Once they showered, we made our way down to order drinks and food only to be told because the bar wasn’t busy the staff were going home early and the kitchen was now closed. We didn’t want to go back out in the garbage weather especially with the kids being wet now to find food. When we went into the pool the bar was full so this really boggled our mind. The bartender obviously just wanted to go home. The room was okay. It wasn’t very clean with dust bunnies gathered in corners. The pump bottle fell off the wall in the shower and the hardware in the bedroom area was falling off the wall. Considering the price we paid for a Monday night, this was a massive disappointment. We won’t stay again and definitely would not recommend staying here to anyone.

I went on a 5 day trip to New York and stayed at this hotel twice on 2 different nights in 2 different rooms. This was one of the worst hotels I stayed at throughout the trip. The couch was completely wet and the the cushions were off the couch. There was food that was left in the refrigerator for multiple days and stunk up the whole living area. The A/C was very bad and did not cool either of the rooms I slept in. The shampoo and conditioner were out in both of the rooms I stayed in. I understand if this was a one night or one room issue but this happened in both rooms on different nights. Very disappointed. Also if you are looking for a hotel close to the airport this is NOT IT! It looks very close on the map but after taking an Uber from the airport it was still a $30 one way cost from the Airport to the hotel.
