It was a pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful and the price was great for our travel plans.

Halls are dark and guests or staff left garbage In hallways. No toilet paper in bathroom and had to go down and get it. No chairs in room considering the rooms have kitchenettes and table but no place to sit. One heavy, stuffed chair in corner doesn’t count. Garbage under stuffed chair when I moved it. I’m being generous since the hotel was fully booked for the eclipse. Staff was overwhelmed but my comments refer to the overall state of the room. Facility just has a dark gloomy feel to it. Bathroom looks clean. Located in hotel filled area near the airport. Price was high for the room I got. That may be because every place was booked for the eclipse. I’m sure it is not as busy or the staff overworked as it is for my visit

There was no water, there was trash under the bed, the parking lot was full of garbage I called about issues with the water and they said there was no maintenance until the morning so I could not even take a shower clean dishes or anything They had no dish soap so I couldn’t wash my dishes either This was horrible and I want a partial refund there should never be a situation where you have no hot water The people upstairs were jumping up and down on the floor all hours of the night and nothing was done This was awful, I want a partial refund

Staff was so nice. Room was great. Close to airport for early dlight.

After traveling most of the day, i was looking forward to checking in and getting some rest. The house computer had "crashed" and i was unable to check in. I was told to come back in 15 minutes. Came back 30 minutes later and could still not check in.

The room smell was very musty. To tired to go get another room after traveling mst of the day.

My TV didn’t work. It was replaced in 20 minutes. The second day I found the toilet bowl leaking on the floor. They came and addressed it immediately. My Only complaint would be the breakfast of muffins and granola bars. Although I made due. A warm breakfast is always preferred. I found female traveler and family travelers reviews rediculous. If you want the Hilton, book the Hilton. If you want a decent place to stay fir the $ I choose this place. Very close to the Thruway. The staff is great and walking distance to Ruby Tuesdays so I did have to drive additional miles.

Front desk staff was unfriendly. My room keys did not work in the exterior doors, so I had to walk around the building with my overnight bag through a very poorly lit parking lot. Once in my room, I discovered that while the hotel is an extended stay hotel and I had a full kitchen in the room, there were NO dishes, glasses, pot/pans, silverware, etc. There is no ice machine anywhere in the hotel - I was told to use the ice trays in the freezer but there weren’t any - even if there were, it is useless for a single night stay. Overall, I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. Ever.

I have stayed at dozens of hotels in my travels, but this by far was the worst ever. Someone in management had a dog running around inside and unsupervised. The place was filthy. It wreaked of cigar smoke and marijuana. The room was not stocked properly with paper products. Upon checkout, no one was manning the front counter. Just a total nightmare. I would recommend you sleep in your car before ever considering this place.

We stopped for a single night while traveling and got two rooms. We got there just after 11pm and the front lobby was locked. There was a phone asking to call for service, I called 3 times and no one came to let us in until my husband knocked loudly on the door. I was frustrated and asked why he didn’t answer the phone to let me in and the employee told me I was lying and the phone never rang - I could hear it ringing from the vestibule. When we finally got checked in the hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the front desk employee said they can’t keep up on all the guests who smoke in their rooms. Both rooms were filthy. One room had food crumbs all over the dresser and tv base. There was long hair and pubic hair in the shower. The bathroom counter had burn marks all over it. The other room had dried, sticky urine on the toilet seat that we had to clean ourselves. It also smelled strongly of smoke. Overall the place was filthy, the checkin was terrible. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel if it was free.
