Affordable and free parking. Late checkin supports(11pm). surrounded by many hotels! And closed to diner.

Easy parking, quiet building, clean linens. Bed spread was stained, pullout bed had blood stains, room was dirty, building was dilapidated and in disrepair. Coffee was terrible and no creamers. Sketchy electrical under AC units, wifi didn’t work, TV inoperable.

I liked out stay at HomeTown Inn by Red Roof East Syracuse. I was there with my Ukranian friend who was surprised there were also hotels in America with same quality as in hes country. I really liked the reception because there was Egyptian workers who gave the hotel international feeling since it is near the airport. There was also many locals staying at the hotel and especially there were very friendly american hiphop style singers hanging out at the front of the elevators. First they looked scary because I have seen many rap music videos, but after I talk to them they were extremely friendly. Room was also decent quality. There was hot water, internet, beds with bed linen and towels which were ok for me, I also liked because there was a cockroach in the room which my friend tried to catch and it was funny to see him being afraid of the little bugs, television also had good channels and we were happy because most of the wall electric outlets did work, also free coffee in the room.

My fiancé and I walked in the room and walked out in less than 5minutes. When we entered the room we instantly smelled cigarette smoke. The furniture is old and stained. The bathroom toilet had a black ring in it and the non slip mat in the tub was filthy as well. We arrived to check in about 12a, so I was tired from traveling and attending the football game. To have to drive around searching for another hotel at that time and on the night of a Syracuse Football game was so stressful. Do yourself a favor and dont book

Run down no telephones rubby dubby looking residents, 3 TV channells, grounds very unkept, people urinating in parking lot

Clean room ,clean bathroom ,friendly staff ,nice location, near from airport and downtown, but when i went to my room and i tried to use the internet i found no signal but whe i asked the front desk the give me the right network so i can sign in thanks for the front desk team to help me to sign in in hometown inn internet network because i was trying with wrong one it was my mistake

I advice everyone to go there because room very clean and place very save and quiet, very good location, easy parking, friendly staff, 😀 👌

This hotel is outdated and in need of a major upgrade. The cement was cracked in the hallways, cigarette butts littered the landscape, the tubs should be refinished or replaced and the drain was clogged. Housekeeping never payed a visit to clean our room during our 3 day stay. And there were potholes in the parking lot. The carpets should be steam cleaned or replaced. Not worth the money.

The beds were so comfortable!The front desk clerk was friendly and efficient.we came for a cheer competition and stayed the weekend it was quiet and just what we needed after our travels.
