We chose this hotel because they indicated after hours check in time after a flight coming in at close to midnight. That was the only thing that was convenient about our stay. Our door was unlocked before we entered the room. We had no towels, and I had to dry myself with a washcloth, our shower was missing one of the soap dispensers, and pubic hair in the bottom of the tub. There was an unusual looking piece of fabric hanging down from under the bed that looked like it had been shoved under it. There was supposed to be a pantry/store to be able to buy things from if we needed it. There were Cheetoh's and a few OTC medications to purchase. The halls and elevators smelled like weed, and we were told during check-in that breakfast is served until 10am. We got to the lobby at 9:30am and were told that they stop serving breakfast at 9am. Overall, just one thing after another, this place fell short. We won't stay again.

The man working h the front desk did not look professional at all no uniform he had on a black hoodie with the hood up. The girl working the front desk did not greet anyone I didn’t even know there was a second person at the front desk. She also had street clothes on. The carpet in the room had a huge stain on it between the beds. One if the comforters had a dirt mark on it. There was no black out curtain so the lights from the parking lot shined in the room all night. I stayed 2 nights- the cleaning service never came to replenish towels or rest the room. The cost of the room well exceeded the hotel and services. Will not be back

I arrived at 1:15am after a looong time traveling and it took the desk 30 min to give me a room. Their “system” wouldn’t let them log in, I was so so tired and about to sleep in my rental car. - the first room I got smelled strongly like cigarettes.. I got a different one seeing as it would give me a headache. The new one still smelled like cigarettes but less. The bed was really nice and the towels were clean so it had that. The room and property need a maintenance department.

It was fine. Breakfast was OK but a bit limited. there was a lift truck blocking several parking spaces and access to the main entrance several times while we were there.

The bathroom walls were peeling, tub was clogged and dirty. I was trying to unclog it but it was too disgusting.
The toilet paper holder couldn’t stay in place.
We arrive at night, and there were people in their car at the parking lot like doing weed, it was a bad smelling when we entrance the hotel.
Bed sheets were dirty, like they didn’t change after the other people used them. Room was dusty. In general they need to upgrade the hotel or at least maintenance and clean it up.

The Hotel Concord was one of the only options for a nights stay for us on the night of the eclipse. The room was small and the furniture OLD and scratched up. My son is a wheelchair user and could not get his chair past the first bed, the area between the dresser and the bed was too narrow. The front desk people were fine, asked about a more accessible room but all were the same size with 2 beds. I guess this is what all hotels are starting to do, but the mounted bottles of soap, conditioner and shampoo were not reachable for someone with a disability. I should have asked for small bottles for my son. Just an fyi. There was supposed to be a hair dryer but it was missing. The people staying next to us let us borrow the one in their room. The door to the bathroom would not close, it was coming off its hinges.
The breakfast was what you would expect with a waffle maker and the usual eggs, sausage, cereal coffee, etc.
The hotel is located in an area near the airport with a lot of other chain hotels, more industrial looking than anything else. It kind of looks very barren. There is no food available for dinner, but there is a Ruby Tuesday restaurant within walking distance past a closed and boarded up restaurant. All in all it was just ok and the beds were soft, good enough for a one night stay while travelling if your expectations are low.

Great location, lots of parking, friendly staff, clean.
It's showing it's age and all the hallway noise can be heard in the room but this our second stay here and we will stay again for a visit to Syracuse

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks and honestly, I’m a little sad to go. Everyone was super friendly and helpful for the most part. The manager Tom was awesome. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Hot breakfast every morning and a waffle bar! Great house keeping, clean rooms. Comfy beds. Zero complaints. Convenient location for the airport and food! They have a little shop you can get snacks from. Soda machine on every floor. 10/10 hands down. We will stay here every time we travel to Syracuse.
