There was excessive mold in the room, the doors didn't lock properly, allowing anyone to come inside, there was a water bug in the tub and a fly in the bed area. The mattress had brownish stains on it. The rooms and hallways also smelled like cigarette smoke. The vending machine was overpriced and the front desk gentleman refused refunds if the machine took your money and didn't give you anything. The front desk guy also refused to give us towels, wash cloths, and fresh linen for our rooms.

The room is clean. TV is working. Furnitures are suitable. From price perspective, it's a very good choice.
However, pillows are pretty flat without flexibility. Wi-Fi is slow.
If you stay more than 1 day, you have to request more shampoo packs. Soap packs are only good for 2 days.
It's my second time staying in this inn. I will continue to use this inn when I travel to upstate New York.

I arrived around midnight after a long day of flying and waiting for flights.
The desk clerk was ok but when I got to my room, the heat was set at 68 but the temperature was near 90 with the unit still pumping out heat. The window was partially open too so someone must have known about it. I had to run the AC all night and it was only 20 degrees outside!
Also, the sink top was broken into two pieces.
It was passably clean but needs serious repairs.

HORRIBLE AND STINKS
Advertised as an Airport hotel but no shuttle so $70 in taxi fees
Stinks like a bar that hasn’t opened the windows in a year with cigarettes
Sheets like paper towels
No blanket
Dirty
Noisy
Many rooms have permanent residents
Shower was dirty and no water pressure
Towels are 30 years hotel

Remodel going on,good to see. My window was broken.every 20 minutes or so you could smell pot. Lobby smelled real bad of moth balls. They only provide one flat pillow. I had to get instructions on how to rest the TV in my room. Took a while to figure it out. The price went way up from last visit couple years ago and there continental breakfast consist of coffee for couple hours in morning. I will never stay against. I travel allot and this was the worst.

I stayed here one night as a solo traveller. The room was clean and comfortable. It is dated but nothing wrong with it at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

poor quality hotel.
bed size advertise was queen, actually bed is full size.
warned out very poor quality mattress, bed made noise with each movement.
carpet nasty, no cups for drinking, no coffee, nor coffee pot in room.
The room is not worth paying more than $50.00 a night.
Staff was very gracious, polite and accommodating.
Parked my vehicle to the back of building tried to reenter the facility two other doors with the room key, of course the key did not work. had to walk to all the way to the very front where office is located. Poor lighting that covered the parking area.

Hotel with several rooms under construction from water or electrical problems. Dirty, needs refurbishment and the service is not existant. Ask for an extra pillow, never got it. She claims she was too busy to get me one. Waited on her for several hours…
Should of taken pictures but I had just driven 12 hours and all I wanted was to rest for my next day of travel.

Absolute disgusted with the dirt, rudeness, uncleanliness, unhealthy place that’s supposed to be called a hotel. It started at check in, the front desk clerk took forever to check in 4 reservations - about 20 minutes. The first question asked and only seemed to care about was if we had a pet, no we did not. Once we finally got into our rooms on the second floor, I opened my door and it STUNK of cigarette smoke and had mold in the AC unit. I was also separated from my family, I was the only person on one end of the hallway and they were on the complete opposite side. We were leaving for a football game so I left it alone until we got back. Once we returned, I immediately got my belongings and went down to the front desk to switch rooms. He tried telling me there was none left except for the first floor. I informed him that you should NEVER put a single woman on the first floor, especially in a place like that and would like to be near my family. He told me that it wasn’t possible and the first floor is all he can offer me. I again, told him that was not happening and to put me near my family. The desk clerk told me no again and went in the back office to see if he can refund me. I then asked how many rooms are on each floor, he responded with 40 but 22 are out of order. I mentioned that there is not a chance 18 rooms are occupied with 7 cars in the parking lot. He couldn’t refund me since I went through this website. I got nothing out of this hotel. Highly don’t recommend.
