If this isn’t a new hotel, they have kept it looking new. The style and comfort are superior to the typical hotel in this genre. The employees are so helpful and friendly that I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations. Comfortable bed…spacious room…well managed and supplied breakfast. Business park location with plenty of parking. Rarely do I give top ratings, but I can find no flaws

Very clean and convenient to the airport. The staff was quick to upgrade us with no prompting, and we enjoyed a very restful evening before our flight.

We were satisfied with our overnight stay, although we didnt get to use pool and gym. There was ample parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would come back again

I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels. Marriott is my go-to. I really like this property. Comfortable, very clean (without smelling “very clean” like a lot of hotels) and the staff are really nice and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here for any future trips to Syracuse.
