First of all bed are extremely flimsy. Lowest level of quality and comfort causing us lower back pain. Staff very rude and uncooperative. We requested couple extra pillows and they were denied to us and when we requested extra hands towels they questioned why and what for. When we requested to cancel our stay she denied to cancel and they charged us parking which we were not even there. We will never recommend anyone to stay in Fairfield.

Due to delayed flight, booked here due to proximity to airport and shuttle (unfortunately doesn’t run after 5pm or weekends) - found out the hard way. Friendly hotel staff, clean, nice pool.

We were in Florida for personal reasons, we needed a place to stay close by the airport. This hotel was perfect. It’s being renovated, the renovations look great.

I was greeted warmly and checked efficiently by Leah who made sure to tell me she was putting me into a newly renovated room. Spacious, clean and comfortable!! Plenty of food and shopping nearby. This is my base when flying TPA Airport.

Not a top of the line property, but very good with a safe feeling in the neighborhood. Also well maintained, very clean, and great staff that seemed to work together with enthusiasm. Also very competitively priced with convenient free shuttle service to TPA.

I was charged $20.00 extra for what I dont know maybe expedia knows. We did call hotel directly and they said no parking fee waiting on response.
