Requested a pool or ocean view had a parking lot view

This is a Hilton line of hotels not a low brand how ever it looks like Pablo’s Motel, my room had a remote control that didn’t work (got it swapped) a all night running toilet that I fixed, lamp in bedroom bottom all heavy rust, bathtub dented and discolor looks dirty no matter how clean, sink hair cracks everywhere and found someone else’s T-shirt under the sink (really!!). Breakfast…long line for a crappy omelet one guy cooking for the entire hotel ?? The quality of the food is not there the bakery area has some Motel 6 quality pastries. They charge for parking they charge resort fee (didn’t see the resort) plus all the taxes it adds up extra to your stay, last day only 1 out of 4 elevators worked and the site construction will wake you up at 7:55am EVERY day :( I expect a lot more specially if you are going to put the name Hilton attached to the Embassy suites… I had way better quality for a lot less, not even thinking about coming back.

Great location close to the airport with a nice casino and a beautiful pool area.

My family and myself loved this hotel. Very welcoming from the moment we walked in. Beautiful and did not feel crowded even though it was pretty busy. Amazing location to travel to and from. And the fact that they included breakfast is a big plus.. would definitely recommend this hotel..

San Juan Embassy Suites was central to so many restaurants, walking distance to the beach, as well as local areas to visit. They were very transparent about construction occurring and that was appreciated. The daily breakfast had a little bit of everything so I liked the options. Their staff was so helpful, prompt & informative. The pool area was well kept and there was someone one contact let out their cleaning if needed even late night at 10:30pm. The room space helped a family of 5 feel spread out. Unfortunately small details like the coffee pot looking uncleaned when I ran hot water through it and finding a dead bug behind the machine dissuaded me from wanting to drink a cup of coffee in my room. Other than that the housekeeping did come daily and would leave a note as a reminder if we’d like replenishing of towels or housekeeping to reach out which was nice to know. I liked the parking lot had ample space. The laundry room had a fairly good amount of washers/dryers that several guests weee able to take advantage.

Breakfast included (get there early for shorter line and the made-to-order omelets. Very short walk to Isla Verde beach. Take an elevator downstairs for the casino, fish pond with chirping frogs. Less than 10 minutes to to SJU airport. Beautiful pool with waterfalls and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Our family of 4 stayed here for a 5 day vacation . Loved the amenities, close to the airport and very accommodating to being able to leave your luggage at check in while waiting for our flight time . We will be back !!

Property is very nice at this thing. Check out times should be a little later due to people flights everything else it's very good.

3 night stay. The Hotel was exceptional! Uber ride from airport to hotel was about $5..OMG the aroma when you enter smelled soooo good. Check-in was quick & easy, upon checking in they give you a band for free breakfast your entire stay, a card for free complimentary alcohol beverages from 5:30-7:30 and a $10 match casino play membership. Staff was very friendly throughout our stay. The room (king suit) was nice, clean, comfy bed, 4 complimentary bottles of water was in the room, GREAT LOCATION!! near 24hr restaurants, the beach, and 24hr grocery store. The uber ride to Old San Juan was about $10 or less (most rides are cash only)This was the BEST Hotel experience I've had on ANY vacation, I DEFINITELY recommend and WILL be returning again❤️
