Brittney was very sweet, offering us recommendations and greeting us every time we saw her in the lobby. The young man who helped with our noisy neighbors at night handled it quickly and effectively. We appreciate their excellent customer service. The hotel is clean, has free parking, and is located in a convenient and quiet neighborhood. Our only complaint was that the carpet felt sticky.

This newer facility is comfy, even if it's full. The free parking and wifi are great, breakfast has hot and cold options, desk people are friendly/helpful. Downtown Des Moines has mostly app-pay parking; during April multi-tornados, all was well-safe. Bike paths everywhere, walking paths nearby, East Village is charming, Science Center/ballpark walkable. Neighborhood is newer with lots of younger denizens.

Great place to stay. We had good parking for our Uhaul with trailer and it was quiet. Large room that was very clean. Continental breakfast was great. Did have a chlorine pool smell that permeates the whole building but overall it was great

Check-in was a breeze and the desk attendant was super friendly. Drinks and snacks were available for purchase in the lobby. The parking was good and the hotel is located in a good neighborhood. The entire hotel is clean, especially the rooms. There was enough towels and rags for 4 of us to shower. The included soap was dove and smelled really good. Elevator was always available and in working condition. And the later check-out time was nice so didn't feel rushed the next morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing service, comfy bed, super clean, enjoyed the shuttle to and from the concert we attended. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone & will definitely be back!

Nice property with parking. Not real close to anything, but everything downtown is walkable, including the capitol building which is the furthest away at about 2 miles away. They did have a shuttle bus though, which takes people around town.
