We checked in to a room with a king size bed and pull-out couch. The mattress was horrible and very old. Asked the front desk for a roll away which they brought after a while. The roll away was horrible too and the bars were pushing through the mattress. It smelled like mildew and there was mold in the door frame. We only stayed one night because we got in late from traveling. It was very humid and uncomfortable.

Parking is so messy, because there’s no line drawing on the parking spaces.
Other thing is the towels, the bed sheets and
They states they have a shortage with towels and bedding clothing.
Other than that the staff and the breakfast was okay average.

This positives of the review are without a doubt due to the great staff that this hotel is lucky enough to have. You can tell folks work very hard here. The downstairs lobby area is extremely clean, and really so are the rooms. It is the CONDITION of the rooms that are disappointing. Wallpaper falling off the walls, stained and jagged and bumpy carpet, few breakfast items, etc. THIS is in no part the fault of the staff who keeps this place as clean as possible. OWNER should buy some more towels, why should your staff have to run around juggling towels to guests because the owner won't invest a few hundred bucks at WalMart to but some more white towels. Great staff, the owners are in a money grab situation. Due to the workers, if need be, I would stay here again. Fix the walpaper, invest in some towels, paint the exterior, and for god sakes, RE-STRIPE the parking lot, cars are parked everywhere.

Room curtains, carpeting were torn in spots, and there was damage to the walls. I spoke to staff who identified himself as the manager, and told him about the room condition, and said to him, I didn't want to be charged for the damage, he said I wouldn't, but he seemed unfazed.The only nice thing about this hotel was that it was clean and near the airport.

Everything was very good except they advertised free shuttle service to the airport ( the main reason we stayed there) but that is not accurate, when we were leaving to go to airport we were told shuttle service is NOT available Sunday and Monday which means you have to take Uber, lift or some other means of transportation to get to airport.

I booked this hotel to be close to the Islip airport. It's not brand new but it met my needs just fine. Clean, nice linens and pillows, a great TV and good coffee. Pleasant staff greeted me and were polite and helpful.

Very close to ISP airport, and offers a free shuttle which is great. Staff is also very friendly.
The property could use a significant update in wi-fi, decor and maintenance.

Was conveniently located near the airport.
Continental breakfast was ok. Bedding and towels were clean.
Elevator is old and got stuck a few times.
Room key did not work properly. Was told at desk the lock is temperamental so each time I had to enter my room, it would take at least 5 to 10 try’s before it would unlock.
AC/heat temperature in room, could not be adjusted.
