Comfort Inn & Suites Syracuse-Carrier Circle

It was super inconvenient to even get to the property. The GPS took you to the Taco Bell parking lot and you could see the hotel but couldn’t access the road to it. There were windows boarded up with wood. The stairwell was dirty with dead bugs on the window sills.

The property is in a good location, and we felt safe. The beds in our room were comfortable but the air conditioner was noisy. The room was clean however, there was an off odor, which we were able to adjust to. The door to our room was very tight so was hard to open so shutting it was loud. The other rooms must have had the same problem as we could hear other doors when shut. I had read the other reviews so knew that there was only coffee and a muffin for breakfast It was very handy to have McDonalds across the street. We were there for just one night as we had a late flight. It was also nice to be about10 minutes from the airport.

Very quiet clean and plenty of parking

Perfect for an overnight stay before going to the airport.

Room was given on ground floor with noise from parking and smoke smell from outside was coming. Bathroom had ants and requires upgrades. Seems this was a motel upgraded to hotel?

I booked my room through Expedia and accidentally booked the day I was flying out instead of the night before. I called back within an hour and explained MY mistake and asked them to change it to the night before. They said that the reservation was not refundable and I could put in for a cancellation with no guarantee that I’d be refunded and book another room. While this was my mistake they very well could’ve changed the night without any issues. Instead they decided to try and take more money from me while hiding behind policy. I will never use Expedia again and tell everyone who asks who they should use to stay clear of this company. Inexcusable poor customer service. In fact the very bottom of the barrel.

The beds were very clean and comfortable. Hotel has been recently updated but there are interesting damages to fixtures. The bathroom had not been cleaned, soap bar on shower, toilet seat up and dirty , dirty sink fixtures. I was checking in at midnight for an early flight and just wanted to go to bed so I didn’t go back to front desk

All staff were terrific. Only issue which I'm sure if I'd asked staff would've been agreeable to change rooms... the room I stayed in did not have light-blocking curtains to tone down the blazing parking lot lights that penetrated the sheer curtains in the room. Seems bizarre to have to report this kind of a comment to hotel community that's probably been in "the business" for easily more than a decade or three. I'm sure will stay there again if opportunity presents... was still a good deal and find overall. Thanks and Happy Holidays.

Quiet. Clean property. Friendly staff. Not a lot of parking and the street lights shine directly in window.

Second time staying here, and it was just as great as the first time. Very friendly & professional staff, very clean, comfortable and great free breakfast! Will continue to be my go-to hotel choice when traveling to Syracuse!
